These terms apply to your use of this website and to the coaching services offered by Redesign Your Life Today. By booking a session, workshop or programme you agree to them.

1. Services

We offer mental fitness and life coaching through workshops, group programmes and 1:1 coaching, delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical advice, and does not replace professional healthcare. If you are in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans (116 123) or, in an emergency, 999.

2. Bookings and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. Programme places are confirmed on receipt of payment through our secure payment provider.

3. Cancellations and refunds

As a consumer in the UK you normally have a 14-day cancellation period for services bought online. If you ask us to start a programme within that period, you agree to pay for any part already delivered. Please email info@danielkobryner.com to cancel. 1:1 sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice can be moved free of charge.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions and results. Coaching outcomes depend on your participation, and no specific result is guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

Programme materials, worksheets, templates and recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
