Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how Redesign Your Life Today (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or our coaching services. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Redesign Your Life Today is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@danielkobryner.com or on +44 7964 546125.

2. What we collect

  • Contact enquiries — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
  • Assessment and resource requests — your name, email address and, for the Saboteur Discovery Assessment, your answers and results.
  • Bookings and payments — handled by our providers (see section 4); we receive confirmation details such as your name, email and the session or programme booked.
  • Technical data — basic server logs and, only if you consent, analytics cookies.

3. How and why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide coaching services (contract / steps prior to a contract).
  • To send you the resources or results you asked for (consent).
  • To send occasional updates about workshops and programmes, only where you have opted in (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To keep our website secure and improve it (legitimate interests).

4. Third-party services

We use trusted providers that may process your data on our behalf: Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Zoom (live sessions), ActiveCampaign (email lists), Google Forms (podcast guest applications) and YouTube (podcast videos). Each has its own privacy policy. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies by default. If analytics are enabled, they load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for up to 6 years after our work ends for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@danielkobryner.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
