Overview
A chain of three pharmacies in Rawalpindi was running each branch on a separate desktop program. Stock counts never matched and month-end took days.
The challenge
Internet drops are common, so the POS had to keep selling offline and sync later. It also needed batch and expiry tracking, FBR-ready invoices and role-based access for staff.
What I built
I built a progressive web app with an offline-first sales screen, barcode scanning and thermal receipt printing. A central dashboard shows sales, stock transfers and expiry alerts across branches.
