Overview
BlueArea Realty lists homes and plots across Islamabad sectors and housing societies. Agents were posting listings on social media only, so the company had no searchable catalogue.
The challenge
Agents needed to add listings with photos in under two minutes from a phone, and buyers needed to filter by sector, size in marla or kanal, and price.
What I built
I built a lightweight custom theme and a listings plugin with a mobile-first agent dashboard, map search and WhatsApp enquiry buttons on every listing. Each sector has its own landing page for local search.
