Overview
Margalla Threads sells unstitched and ready-to-wear clothing made by artisans across Pakistan. They were outgrowing a marketplace listing and wanted their own store that felt like the brand.
The challenge
Most orders in Pakistan are cash on delivery, and fake orders were eating into margins. The team also needed bilingual size guides and fast pages on mid-range Android phones.
What I built
I built a custom Online Store 2.0 theme in Liquid with editable sections, added OTP-verified COD, and connected the store to TCS and Leopards for automatic tracking numbers. Images are served in modern formats with lazy loading.
