Overview
Chai & Co. runs six branches across Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Orders came in by phone and through delivery apps that took a large commission.
The challenge
The menu changes by branch and time of day, and online orders had to reach the right kitchen instantly without staff re-typing them.
What I built
I built a WooCommerce ordering site with branch selection by location, timed menus and deals, plus a kitchen display screen. Orders sync into the same POS the cashiers use.
