Overview
Aurora is a small-batch skincare brand in London selling across the UK and EU.
The challenge
They wanted customers to build a routine from a short quiz and subscribe to refills, without heavy apps slowing the store.
What I built
I wrote a custom Liquid theme with a routine builder section, metafield-driven ingredient pages and a native subscription flow. Third-party scripts dropped from 14 to 4.
